15-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
Expiration Policy (12-Month Use Requirement)
All purchased credits, services, and unused account balances must be used within 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Any unused credits, balances, or services will expire automatically after 12 months and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Prepaid handwritten note credits

Subscription credits

Bulk mailing credits

Stored account balances or prepaid value

Promotional or bonus credits
Expired credits cannot be reinstated, refunded, or carried forward.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition.

The item must not have been shipped or processed.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Promotional sales and special discounts refer to pricing lower than the standard advertised rates on our pricing page. All promotional discounts are final.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return request, contact our Customer Service team at support@simplynoted.com with your order details.
Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
