30-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the original, unaltered condition.
- It must not have been shipped.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are non-returnable. These include:
- Gift cards
- Promotional sales and special discount items are final.
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Signature conversions
- Handwriting conversions
- Downloadable software products
- Clearance or discounted/sale items
Promotional sales / special discounts refer to pricing that is lower than the standard advertised rates found on our pricing page at Simply Noted Plans. All promotional sales are final.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at support@simplynoted.comwith your order details.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
